Vorausschickend möchte ich sagen: SELBSTVERSTÄNDLICH tragen Verantwortung der Veranstalter und die an der Genehmigung beteiligten Personen der Stadtverwaltung. Daran gibt es keinen Zweifel. Sie tragen aber nicht eine Alleinschuld, sondern eine Teilschuld. Warum? Gestern habe ich im Fernsehen eine junge Frau gehört, die die Katastrophe überlebt hat und meint, nie mehr werde sie an einer solchen Großveranstaltung teilnehmen. Ja, warum kommt diese Erkenntnis denn erst jetzt? Es ist doch nicht das erste Mal, dass in einer großen Menschenmenge Leute verletzt oder zu Tode getrampelt werden. Das Risiko ist doch bekannt und muss mir doch bewusst sein, wenn ich mich in einen solchen Hexenkessel begebe. Die Besucher und ihre Eltern sind doch keine unwissenden Kinder. Sie haben halt das Risiko nicht bedacht. Darin unterscheiden sie sich nicht von Veranstalter und Stadtverwaltung. Auch dort hat man Risiken nicht bedacht und die Katastrophe nicht gewollt. Die einen haben die Risiken ausgeblendet, weil sie die Veranstaltung unbedingt in Duisburg wollten. Die anderen haben die Risiken ausgeblendet, weil sie die Veranstaltung unbedingt besuchen wollten. Noch einmal: Veranstalter und Stadtverwaltung tragen Schuld und müssen dafür zur Rechenschaft gezogen werden. Die emotionale Vehemenz aber mit der das von der Öffentlichkeit vorgetragen wird, dient schlicht der Selbstentlastung. Denn ebenso selbstverständlich wie Veranstalter und Stadt Verantwortung tragen, trägt jeder Mensch zunächst einmal Verantwortung für sich selbst. Diese Selbstverantortung möchten die Anghörigen der Toten, die Verletzten, die traumatisierten Teilnehmer und die sich mit ihnen solidarisch fühlende Bevölkerung nicht zugeben. Auch sie schieben den Schwarzen Peter lieber weiter. Das geht besonders leicht, weil es auch noch das Klischee von “die da oben” bedient. In Kenntnis des Risikos aus vielen ähnlichen Großereignissen hätten mich keine 10 Pferde zu dieser Veranstaltung gebracht. Musikerleben hin oder her.

Ab dem 09.09.2010 ist das Glücksspiel in Zypern erlaubt, welche Konequenzen hat das für die Insel mit funktionierendem Bankgeheimnis, die als Steuerparadies der EU gilt? Das steht noch nicht fest, Fakt ist aber, wer eine Zypern Firma gründet, zahlt nur 10% Unternehmenssteuer und das ist erheblich weniger als in Deutschland.

Derweil gab der Begleitballon Gas wie wild, was aber die sinkende Fahrt wohl nicht aufhielt. Vielleicht saßen da CDU/FDP-Mitglieder drin?
